If you think poetry is boring or difficult or a waste of time, then you probably weren’t at the premiere of MotionPoems at the Open Book Center in Minneapolis. The brainchild of poet Todd Boss and graphic designer Angella Kassube, MotionPoems take poems from the Best American Poetry, among other places, and hands them over to visual artists who make short films out of them.
