Wow, that was cheap and mean. I visited Cleveland for the first time last month and saw a very different city. I was impressed by the effort the city was making to recover from a half-century of bad decisions – BRT, rezoning, grass, etc. Whereas most American cities seem content to install a new sports stadium, it looked like Cleveland was taking more serious steps.
